I love these both as simple search marketing guidelines. If you want to be successful as a marketer you have to 'speak the language of the customer'. (feel free to quote me lol)

If our readers are first time visitors (check your analytics, they are) then you have great insight into what they want you to talk about....they are telling you with their query. Do your keyword research that's going to guide you to success.
