The World of Client Success

Ladies and Gentlemen...For my blog post today, I wanted to make an exciting announcement. I, Allison Bowen, am now a Client Success Manager here at
Compendium!
During my tenure here at
Compendium, many of our clients previously knew that they could locate me within the Product Support department. Although those clients often did not know my name, I was typically the voice behind the response e-mails to questions sent to help@compendium.com. If you called our help line, it was many times my voice you would hear on the other end.

As I learned more about social marketing and our social content platform, I knew my calling was to personally assist Compendium clients with their lead generation strategies. And so it began... On July 1st, I officially joined our Client Success team as a Client Success Manager!
My job now is to assist my clients in any way possible. It's been a smooth transition so far - I've quickly picked up on how to assess analytics, plan content strategies, etc. While I do miss the Product Support team (trust me, they're the best!), I have really enjoyed my time on the Client Success side so far.
